D: I have friends round and we're each doing a course. I'm doing my tomato and lentil soup with croutons for a starter. The soup will cost about 45p and the croutons a maximum of 4p. As it's manageable, I will account for the cost of the starter for everyone as the price of dinner.
(apf means already paid for - I've already deducted the full cost from the budget)
